He’s emerged as a force within the culture, and his approach has earned the respect and trust of department managers to follow his directives. He was promoted to President in 2020.
Mike’s early interest in playing sports helped fuel a competitive mindset, an advantage he carries into business applications today. He enjoys getting to the meat of business challenges, pulling the team together so everyone succeeds. Mike says, “fun is success,” he’s a powerhouse, spearheading multiple initiatives across marketing, sales, accounting, and operations.
Mike’s executive career launched after completing his education in Marketing and Sales. Shortly after, he landed positions at Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. His first executive role was with an electronics company that manufactured integrated circuits for the military.He credits that company with teaching him about accuracy and accountability because of the rigid military specifications and tight administrative procedures. This attention to the smallest detail helped springboard him into other leadership positions, and it’s here where Mike discovered a talent for managing people.
