Eric graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Electrical Engineering followed by a commission in the US Air Force. After serving five years active duty, he switched to the Reserves so he could pursue his entrepreneurial passion for Real Estate. He began working in the financial industry in 2006, however, with the housing industry collapsing soon after his career change, Eric decided to attend graduate school at the University of Denver, where he received a Masters in Real Estate and Finance, and an International MBA. His experiences ranges from his work at one of the nation’s largest broker-dealer firms where he held his series 6, 63 and 7 securities licenses, to his work as a paralegal at a local consumer advocacy law firm. Just prior to joining Paradigm Life, Michael worked as a mortgage broker. Originally from California, Michael grew up in Portland, Oregon. He currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. Michael graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in History and a minor in Latin American Studies. He has a passion for learning and enjoys teaching others. Nate has worked in the financial services industry since 2008. Prior to joining Paradigm Life, he built his own book of business which consisted of hundreds of clients. He advised them on their Investments, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Property Casualty Insurance. When asked why he would walk away from such a successful insurance business, Nate said that it was because of his passion for IBC and because of Paradigm Life’s expertise in educating clients about the Infinite Banking Concept. Spencer comes to Paradigm Life with a unique professional background. After graduating with Honors from the University of Utah with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both German and Political Science, Spencer attended the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, receiving his Juris Doctor. After law school, Spencer started his own law practice, focusing mainly on estate planning, tax resolution, bankruptcy, and litigation. Spencer’s practice also included business/corporate organization, contract drafting, real estate law, alternative dispute resolution, and personal injury law. Spencer still maintains a small practice in the area of estate planning. Spencer is licensed to practice before Utah State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. When exposed to the Infinite Banking concept, Spencer’s first reaction was disbelief. After several years as an estate planner, he had never heard of the concept and thought it sounded too good to be true. Being a fact-finder by nature, and a cynic due to his law school education, Spencer consumed as much information about the concept as he could get his hands on. He also held advisory roles with 529 college saving plans, IRAs, 401Ks, and other qualified plans. Justin completed his MBA degree at Texas A&M University and holds a BA from Brigham Young University. He has spent time and resources in small business ventures and real estate, and continues to pursue opportunities to grow investments. Will earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in 2005. After graduating from BYU, Will attended the University of Iowa College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in May of 2008. Will began practicing law with the law firm of VanCott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy – the oldest and one of the most well-respected law firms in the State of Utah. Will’s practice focused primarily on consumer finance-related litigation, consumer finance transactions, sale and purchase agreements, NDA’s, RFP’s, teaming agreements, security agreements, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, and estate planning. Bill brought a unique set of skills with him when he joined Paradigm Life. Before joining the agent team here, Bill had worked in the auto sales and finance world for the previous 5 years. Prior to that he had worked in politics – working in the past several Governor’s Offices for the State of Utah. Bill has the ability to connect very well and very quickly with people. He is able to simplify a complex topic and show how it relates not only to of his client’s personal financial plan but also to their everyday life. Bill believes in what he teaches his clients - it was his personal use of the Infinite Banking Concept that gave him the desire to share these principles with others. Bill is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. Trever earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and as a native of Reno, Nevada attended University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine and a Masters of Business Administration. He lived in Houston, Texas for six years and was part of a successful dental practice in the Texas Medical Center. Braden began his professional career as a civil engineer designing and building bridges throughout the Greater Northwest Region. This involved everything from modeling, budgeting, scheduling, and building the several elements of a multi-year plan. His drive to expand his abilities carried him through a Bachelor’s Degree at Washington State University and his Master of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Braden discovered that his talent and interests went beyond engineering. He began to have personal conversations with colleagues which grew into him mentoring them and creating personal financial systems for them. Braden decided to follow this passion to Paradigm Life where he began to work with clients on a full-time basis. He invests regularly in real estate and has been involved in residential, single-family and multi-family properties. He is also involved in commercial, construction and large-scale land development projects. Braden likes to “take the box apart” in true engineering fashion - to analyze it and rebuild it even better. Braden and his lovely wife, Lucy, have three high-energy children that stay up with Alaska’s midnight sun! Gary grew up on a dairy farm in Murphysboro, Illinois, quickly learning to appreciate the importance of hard work, high standards and integrity. He has applied these lessons to a 24 year career in the US Navy, graduating from the Naval Academy with a Mechanical Engineering degree in 1991 and from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a Nuclear Engineering Masters in 1993. Gary was selected for the nuclear submarine program and has served as a Naval officer on 4 ships and in numerous shore assignments, promoting to the rank of Captain in 2013. He commanded the USS TUCSON (SSN 770), a Los Angeles class nuclear attack submarine from 2009-2011 where he had the pleasure of seeing his crew of 140 Sailors earn the 2010 Battle Efficiency “E” award and a rare Navy Unit Commendation. Gary is an avid real estate investor and has always been passionate about personal financial management. Wade was raised on a farm in North Dakota where he understood the benefits of long term planning, safety of assets, and hard work. Wade received Bachelors of Arts degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Jamestown College and has continued his education ever since. Wade has been in the financial services business for over 25 years. He has learned that there is more money to be made by avoiding losses then by trying to increase a rate of return. Wade is actively using the privatized banking processes, through the use of cash values of his Life Insurance policies, in his personal and professional life. He learned of the Infinite Banking Concept over 10 years ago after meeting personally with Nelson Nash. Wade has a passion for teaching people how to create a safe, liquid, and predictable pool of money that allows them to experience the true freedom of financing without the bank. Wade still resides in North Dakota, with his wife Lynette and their 8 year old son Joshua, where they enjoy spending time outdoors.
Eric has been in the financial industry for 14 years, serving business owners, professionals and other successful individuals. Having successfully taken over his father’s practice of 32 years, Eric learned many valuable lessons along the way. One of them is that learning never stops. Eric knows that there is always room to grow. He is always looking to improve his ability to educate and serve his clients. Brent was introduced to the importance and versatility of permanent life insurance at a young age. After graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in Finance & Economics, he decided to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and father and become a third-generation life insurance agent. When Brent was introduced to the Infinite Banking Concept, he instantly knew this should be the foundation to anyone’s financial plan. He prides himself on the ability to teach complex financial ideas in a way that are easily understood and applicable to any client’s goals and circumstances. Brent met his bride, Alison, at Illinois State where they were both part of the athletics program. They currently reside in Carmel, Indiana where they enjoy living a social lifestyle with family, friends, and their rescued dog, Wilkins. Brent looks forward to starting a family and instilling in them the principles and importance of infinite banking.
Bryan began his career teaching health and sports medicine, and worked as the Head Athletic Trainer for both Large High School and Division 2 Collegiate Athletic Teams for 10 years. After being introduced to permanent life insurance and the Infinite Banking Concept in 2006, it changed his life forever. He implemented Infinite Banking for himself, leveraging the strategy into debt-refinancing and real estate investments, which from there, decided to take his passion for teaching into the financial planning industry to become an agent. Bryan recognizes the need to spend time with his clients, specifically helping to transition them from their working years into their retirement years. He spent the last five years of his career in management as Associate Partner and Vice President for Penn Mutual and Guardian Life, and is a registered representative and investment advisor representative.
