Justin’s entrepreneurial spirit began as a young boy. Justin’s father learned about a construction business at a young age and built that business from the ground up into a successful business that is still operational today (nearly 50 years later). This had a huge impact on Justin that instilled the basic life principles of hard work, ingenuity, integrity and commitment. Justin learned by his father’s example that these 4 principles are essential to anything he does in life. These 4 principles have been instrumental in creating success in Justin’s own Construction Company, teaching self-motivational seminars and a Financial Services practice for nearly 23 years. Justin also realized that the entrepreneurial spirit is alive in each and every individual and you don’t have to own a company to be an entrepreneur. By educating his clients on the principles of the Infinite Banking Concept, Justin’s clients realize that they have the power to create the flexibility, passion and peace-of-mind that comes with financial stability and freedom. It’s really that easy and Justin is masterful in teaching and educating his clients to see how that can be accomplished regardless of their situation or circumstances of life. Justin lives the very Infinite Banking Principles he teaches and has learned that experience is the best teacher in life. Justin is married to his best friend Hollie - for nearly 25 years. They have three children: Emily, Jake and Ben. Emily is graduated from Westminster College in Salt Lake City and played 4 years of college volleyball. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Jake is attending Utah Valley University with an athletic scholarship playing baseball and Ben will be following in his brother’s footsteps. Needless to say, Justin and Hollie enjoy supporting their children in their school and sport activities and have traveled the world doing so. They enjoy hiking, vacationing to the beach and spending time together as a family. The Infinite Banking Concept is a vital part of their family and each child is actively implementing these concepts into their lives.
Eric graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Electrical Engineering followed by a commission in the US Air Force. It was during that time he discovered Infinite Banking. The IBC strategy changed his financial trajectory so much that he wanted to share the gift with others as an agent. By passing the certified financial planning exam, he’s demonstrated his commitment level to learning both traditional financial planning methods as well as the Infinite Banking way. Eric’s goal with his clients is simple-to help people keep the money they earn, and grow the money they keep.

Spencer comes to Paradigm Life with a unique professional background. After graduating with Honors from the University of Utah with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both German and Political Science, Spencer attended the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, receiving his Juris Doctor. After law school, Spencer started his own law practice, focusing mainly on estate planning, tax resolution, bankruptcy, and litigation. Spencer’s practice also included business/corporate organization, contract drafting, real estate law, alternative dispute resolution, and personal injury law. Spencer still maintains a small practice in the area of estate planning. Spencer is licensed to practice before Utah State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. When exposed to the Infinite Banking concept, Spencer’s first reaction was disbelief. After several years as an estate planner, he had never heard of the concept and thought it sounded too good to be true. Being a fact-finder by nature, and a cynic due to his law school education, Spencer consumed as much information about the concept as he could get his hands on. After reviewing all of the information available, Spencer became convinced of the benefits of using the Paradigm approach to life insurance and decided he wanted to be a part of it. He decided to shut down his practice and join the Paradigm Life team.

This involved everything from modeling, budgeting, scheduling, and building the several elements of a multi-year plan. His drive to expand his abilities carried him through a Bachelor’s Degree at Washington State University and his Master of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. For over 12 years, Mr. Kindred has been helping individuals and small business owners apply the power of economist R. Nelson Nash’s Infinite Banking Concepts. He believes this is the most powerful financial concept available to Americans today. Kindred is a former management and human resource consultant whose work as a Personnel Manager for one of the largest public utilities in the nation provided intimate, up-close and personal experience in retirement planning during the first downsizing in the company’s ninety-year history. He has extensive experience in tax-exempt business and education environments, and served as a Loaned Executive for several community development organizations. His experience with tax-exempt environments motivated him to learn more about tax strategies for small businesses and individuals. Kindred is also a former educator experienced in bilingual and vocational education who has been active in small business creation and development. He has built his financial practice around tax-advantaged asset recovery, development and recapturing strategies. Kindred advocates ‘self-directed financial services’ that put clients in control of their own personal economic engines. By learning how to manage Cash Flow as Bankers do, the creation, protection and growth of our personal, family and business wealth becomes automatic… by simply owning and operating your own “bank”. Specifically Kindred believes that we will either control the flow of our money by owning and operating our own banking systems or… we will be the customer and therefore dependant on someone else’s bank. If we get the banking equation right, everything else follows. If we are unaware of the role of banking in our lives, or mis-handle the banking components, especially in our businesses and our investments, the headwinds created by those decisions take more of our time and assets than we realize and in some cases become almost insurmountable. Because of the prevalence of the popular media continually bombarded us with messages from financial institutions promoting the benefits of their products, we have lost sight of what are assets and what are liabilities, and take away our focus and understanding of our most valuable asset and our financial strength—the wealth that flows through us. By understanding the banking process, it is possible to create the kind of wealth that financial and banking institutions create through virtual risk-free management and control—of our personal and business cash flows. I look forward to working with those who are serious about unlocking the financial potential you already have but may not have yet discovered, and we welcome your inquiry into the fascinating world of Personal Banking and Cash Flow Planning.

Brent was introduced to the importance and versatility of permanent life insurance at a young age. After graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in Finance & Economics, he decided to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and father and become a third-generation life insurance agent. When Brent was introduced to the Infinite Banking Concept, he instantly knew this should be the foundation to anyone’s financial plan. He prides himself on the ability to teach complex financial ideas in a way that are easily understood and applicable to any client’s goals and circumstances. Brent met his bride, Alison, at Illinois State where they were both part of the athletics program. They currently reside in Carmel, Indiana where they enjoy living a social lifestyle with family, friends, and their rescued dog, Wilkins. Brent looks forward to starting a family and instilling in them the principles and importance of infinite banking.
Bryan began his career teaching health and sports medicine, and worked as the Head Athletic Trainer for both Large High School and Division 2 Collegiate Athletic Teams for 10 years. After being introduced to permanent life insurance and the Infinite Banking Concept in 2006, it changed his life forever. He implemented Infinite Banking for himself, leveraging the strategy into debt-refinancing and real estate investments, which from there, decided to take his passion for teaching into the financial planning industry to become an agent. Bryan recognizes the need to spend time with his clients, specifically helping to transition them from their working years into their retirement years. Helping his clients handle their financial challenges successfully has sparked a desire to teach and educate future clients to build better and more flexible retirement plans. “I love what I do and I love working with my clients. Teaching them to utilize permanent life insurance to further their financial opportunities is extremely rewarding!”
